By accessing or using Multido ("Service"), operated by Current Dynamics, Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Service

Multido provides real-time situational awareness by organizing publicly available information about incidents in your area. Our Service:

• Aggregates and presents public signal information
• Is NOT an emergency service or replacement for 911
• Does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information
• Should not be relied upon for emergency decisions

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, threaten, or harm any person
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems
• Scrape, data mine, or extract data without permission
• Use information to track, identify, or locate individuals
• Spread misinformation or false reports
• Impersonate any person or entity

5. User Content

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security or freedom from viruses or harmful components

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURRENT DYNAMICS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Current Dynamics, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
