These Terms of Service (these “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Multido, including our mobile applications, websites, content, products, and any related services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Services are offered by Current Dynamics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Current Dynamics,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Multido is a product of Current Dynamics, Inc.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

‍

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity. If you do not have such authority, you may not accept these Terms or use the Services.

As of the Effective Date, users use the Services for purposes that may include:

1. Viewing, searching, and interacting with public safety and community information, including incident summaries and related activity.
2. Streaming, replaying, and reviewing audio content and other media that may be associated with public safety communications or community-relevant sources.
3. Transcribing, organizing, tagging, and summarizing audio and other content using automated systems.
4. Searching, storing, and analyzing historical incident and operational data within the Services.
5. Receiving alerts and notifications based on user preferences, location, and background criteria.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

You may not use the Services if:

‍

1. You are not legally able to enter into these Terms.
2. You are prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable laws, including U.S. export controls or sanctions.
3. You have previously been suspended or banned from the Services, unless we have reversed that decision.

You acknowledge and agree that the Services may involve the use of artificial intelligence technologies (“AI”), which may process data autonomously or semi-autonomously using machine learning, neural networks, large language models, or other techniques to generate content, classify information, create summaries, or provide recommendations.

You understand that AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or contextually wrong. You are responsible for how you use information from the Services.

The Services may present information related to public safety and community activity. The Services are for informational purposes only.

‍

1. Do not use the Services for emergency response. If you need emergency assistance, call local emergency services.
2. Do not use the Services to make safety-critical decisions or to direct real-world intervention.
3. Information in the Services may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

Certain features require you to create an account (“Account”).

‍

You agree to:

‍

• Provide accurate information and keep it updated.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.

If you delete your Account, or if we delete your Account, you may lose access to data associated with your Account. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of data resulting from Account deletion.

We may offer free features (“Free Services”) and paid subscriptions (“Paid Services”).

Paid Services may include different tiers with different features, functionality, performance, usage limits, or priority. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing mechanics will be presented at purchase or in your account settings.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel through your account settings or the applicable app store settings. Fees paid for the current billing period are non-refundable except as required by law.

We may change pricing with advance notice where required. Continued use after the effective date of the change constitutes acceptance.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable right to use the Services for their intended purposes.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or harassing purposes.
• Attempt to access the Services using automated scraping, bots, or unauthorized scripts, except where we explicitly allow it.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying models, except to the extent permitted by law.
• Circumvent access controls, rate limits, paywalls, or security features.
• Interfere with the Services, including load testing, monitoring, or probing, without our written consent.
• Use the Services to identify, track, stalk, dox, or otherwise target individuals.

The Services may display incident summaries, transcripts, audio, metadata, and other information (“Service Content”).

‍

You may share limited excerpts of Service Content for personal, non-commercial purposes, provided you:

‍

• Attribute Multido, and
• Link back to the Services where practical.

You may not:

‍

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially exploit Service Content without our written permission.
• Create persistent local copies of large volumes of Service Content.
• Store or mirror Service Content on external servers or cloud services not affiliated with us, except where we provide an authorized export feature.
• Use Service Content to build a competing product or to competitively harm Current Dynamics.
• ‍

We may enforce technical controls to prevent mass extraction and unauthorized replication.

If you submit content to the Services, such as comments, uploads, or feedback (“User Content”):

‍

• You retain ownership of your User Content.
• You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Services, and to enforce our policies.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit User Content and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The Services, including software, designs, trademarks, and Service Content, are owned by or licensed to Current Dynamics and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Except for the limited rights expressly granted, nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the Services.

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

‍

We may collect, create, and use aggregated and de-identified information derived from use of the Services for analytics, product improvement, safety, and business purposes, provided it is not used to directly identify you.

The Services evolve. We may update the Services remotely, including updating software on your device where permitted by platform policies.

‍

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, or delete or restrict data associated with your Account, if:

‍

• You violate these Terms,
• We believe your use creates risk or harm, or
• We must do so to comply with law.

You may stop using the Services at any time and may cancel subscriptions through your account or app store settings.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Current Dynamics and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Services in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

‍

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Current Dynamics, its affiliates, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services,
• Your violation of these Terms, or
• Your infringement of any third-party rights.

This section affects your legal rights.

‍

Except for disputes that qualify for small claims court or requests for injunctive relief related to intellectual property, you and Current Dynamics agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration on an individual basis.

‍

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

‍

Opt-out: You may opt out of arbitration by emailing [legal@multido.co] within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, with your name and the email or phone number associated with your Account.

‍

Arbitration details (administrator, location, rules, and process) should be completed with counsel based on your preferred venue and governing rules.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict of laws principles, except that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the arbitration section.

The Services may link to third-party sites or services. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices.

If you download the Services from Apple’s App Store or Google Play:

‍

• These Terms are between you and Current Dynamics, not the app store provider.
• The app store provider is not responsible for the Services.
• Your use must also comply with the app store provider’s terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or via your Account contact information, and the changes will take effect no less than 30 days after notice where required by law.

Your continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
