These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Multido website (multido.co) and mobile app (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Multido provides informational content derived from publicly available sources. It is not an emergency service and should not be relied upon as a sole source for emergency response. In an emergency, call 911. For non-emergencies, use 311 or your local service line.
Accounts are created in the mobile app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Paid features may be purchased through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period. We do not issue prorated refunds unless required by law.

We use publicly available data from official and verified sources. We do not maintain a formal partnership or affiliation with these offices or organizations. All third-party logos, names, and wordmarks referenced in the Service are the property of their respective owners.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use information.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Current Dynamics, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for use of the Service during the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Current Dynamics, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Delaware for any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
